SUMMER TOMATO BASIL SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine tomatoes, basil, vinegar and garlic salt. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and stir in broth and olive oil. Chill in refrigerator until cold.
